Adrian: My first papaya

It was soft, juicy and delicious.  Next time I'll remember to peel before slicing.

There is a top secret way to do that - I think you cut it into halves, then score the halves from the inside into little cubes. Pop the thing inside out (so the cubes get spread out) and cut them off the skin.
