There is a top secret way to do that - I think you cut it into halves, then score the halves from the inside into little cubes. Pop the thing inside out (so the cubes get spread out) and cut them off the skin.
The Peak Condition Project was created by Patrick Reynolds, who wanted to be as "lean, flexible, and strong as possible, just like my hero, Bruce Lee." We discovered the blog right after Patrick had completed his 125 days of intensive training, and were very impressed. The project was such a success for Patrick and others that we realized, "Hey, if they did it, so can we!"
We were lucky enough to be accepted as participants in round 2 of the PCP, as the 'experimental' couple. We share our experiences with Nate, Tim, Amy, Patrick, and the rest of you, and we hope that this blog can serve as an inspiration to anyone who has ever had the idea to get in better shape.

Amy, thanks! I'll try that next time. Hopefully without cutting myself.
